All teams are graded according to their ability and are more than competitive in their respective grades. If your child is not playing in an Altona Basketball League (ABL) Junior team, they are required to do so as soon as possible as it will affect their eligibility to play Gators. As with all sporting Clubs & organisation, they only survive with the hard work and effort of the many, many volunteers that work tirelessly behind the scenes. The Gators are no different, from assisting with the newsletter, the website, the local media or sponsorship, fundraising, planning a social event, assisting with the uniforms or the taking of fees. What ever time you have, the Gators would be happy for you to help out and best of all, it’s a great way to meet other people and start new friendships. Remember, its not all just about the kids!
