Dear Members,
The AGM for Altona Bay Basketball Association is approaching and we will have four positions that are up for election / nomination. The following is a guide of the positions available. Correspondence will be shortly sent to all members on the nomination process, should you be interested in nominating for one of the below positions.
Vice-President
- Vice Chair the meetings with the President
- Senior Domestic Chair of Competitions and Administration;
- Attend one evening / day competition per week to support Game Day Supervisors and represent ABBA;
- Assist and be participate for Junior and Senior Finals and Presentations;
Secretary
- Attend one evening / day competition per week to support Game Day Supervisors and represent ABBA;
- Take and manage the Minutes and Actions of the Committee Meetings, including attendance
- Manage all external correspondence through to ABBA, not relating to the financial business of the Association
- Assist and be participate for Junior and Senior Finals and Presentations;
Ordinary Member 1 – Junior Domestic
- Attend one evening / day competition per week to support Game Day Supervisors and represent ABBA;
- Manage and Chair the Junior Domestic Competition;
- Attend and contribute to Committee Meetings;
- Assist and be participate for Junior and Senior Finals and Presentations;
Ordinary Member 2 – Tribunal Secretary
- Attend one evening / day competition per week to support Game Day Supervisors and represent ABBA;
- Manage correspondence and follow-up with Tribunal to co-ordinate Tribunal;
- Attend and contribute to Committee Meetings;
- Assist and be participate for Junior and Senior Finals and Presentations;
